Vito Acconci & Herman Hertzberger's Lecture

Architectural Positions's presentation invites Vito Acconci and Herman Hertzberger to give lectures @ TUD.

前天晚上，Architectural Positions的新书发布会邀请Vito Acconci和Herman Hertzberger来TUD做讲座。

Vito Acconci is an artist and archit with a background of activity performance, he said "When you are designing a space, you are designing people's activities. " In his design, he mentioned a lot of action on space, for example, push, pull, stretch, twist. In sdditional, he like the relationship between the inside and outside, he design some space contionous from inside to outside, and peole inside can feel the people outside.

Vito Acconci是一个有着activity performance背景的建筑师和艺术家。他在讲座中提到“When you are designing a space, you are designing people's activities.”

Herman Hertzberger talks about the public space, which can be seen in his book.

Herman Hertzberger是TUD的教授，这次讲座没什么很新的东西，还是在讲Public Space，相关内容都可以在天大翻译的《建筑师教程》里可以看到，前一阵子看到这书的第三部出来了，但是是荷兰语的：）。
